Often, users cannot quickly discern if they have a bad card, BIOS, or associated hardware faults, as opposed to software or setup problems.
This page lists Live bootable CDs known to work with MadWifi. You may be able to boot one of these to make a quick test of your hardware. NB: newer hardware may not be detected.
Again, please be aware that some of the Live CDs reported as working might only support older cards, and that not all chipsets are supported.
Please also note: there are No MIMO & No USB devices supported by MadWifi. None are likely to be supported any time soon.
