Set the minimum packet size for which the device sends an RTS using the
RTS/CTS handshake. The parameter is the threshold in bytes or the
off keyword. If it's set to off or the maximum packet
size, RTS/CTS will be disabled.
Example:The following command sets the minimum packet size to use the
RTS/CTS handshake to 40.
