Atheros SOC support (if_ath_ahb) needs to be ported to dadwifi

Description

Atheros SOC support (if_ath_ahb) is currently missing. This requires some changes to ath/if_ath_ahb.c along the same lines as the changes to ath/if_ath_pci.c (see http://madwifi.org/changeset/1765#file4) . This is a fairly straight forward task as the changes to if_ath_ahb.c will be small but it does require an SOC build and test environment.
