Update UserDocs so that they're all current with madwifi-ng.

Description

Most of the UserDocs are the same, or similar to when they were first written. They therefore need to be update to reflect the current state-of-the-madwifi (excuse the expression :).

FAQs could (eventually) be split into two, but for now, the most inportant bits to update are the HOWTOs.
