Madwifi version: http://madwifi.org/suse/10.1-i386/madwifi-kmp-default-1560_2.6.16.13_4-0.1.i586.rpm Installed with Yast

Router: Netgear WGR614v5 with firmware version V1.0.9_1.0.6

Hi, my guess is the lack of active scanning (#275) is contributing to this problem.
