Check: rejection of ESSID 'ANY'?

Quoting a posting of Ron Dippold to madwifi-users:

Does madwifi-ng have a provision for an AP to reject/ignore connection attempts from clients that are set up to connect to essid ANY? We have other ways to keep promiscuous clients from connecting, of course, but this has been requested.

I don't see anything in the docs or wiki, so thought I'd ask. Is it even possible or does the client just pick the ESSID of its chosen AP out and send it back, so you can't tell?

Check if there is a special handling of the "ANY" ESSID. If not, that probably should be added.
