HAL reports bad revision when initializing Atheros MB51H (AR2414) reference board

Description

The HAL is able to recognize the board in PCI space and gets back 0x0013 for the DEVID. Unfortunately when the revision check occurs the board fails. Was hoping that the board would be able to get past initialization with the basic features working. This may be more of an enhancement but may be as simple as a HAL tweak. Note I'm using the mips lib and building with 2.6.15 Linux. Note also was able to use older Atheros card with same build. Thanks in advance and any and all comments are welcome.
