[idea] wlanconfig enhancement for wds

Hello

I think this idea this will enhace and simplify configuration for wds links. change the wlanconfig to:

wlanconfig ath1 create wlandev wifi0 wlanmode wds <MAC of the peer>

instead of using second iwpriv command ...

Changed the ticket properties, since this would be an enhancement for the tools, not for the driver.

Something along these lines would be nice, indeed.

UserDocs/WDSBridge eventually needs to be updated when this ticket is done, given that #105 already was done by that time.
